This program is designed for busy moms, professionals, and anyone who feels like there’s just not enough time in the day. With only one set of weights, you’ll build total-body strength and rediscover what your body is capable of. Whether you’re returning to fitness or need a plan that fits into your packed schedule, Strong Again will leave you feeling powerful and proud of your progress.

Schedule: 3 classes per week
