Over the course of 21 days, you’ll be guided through a comprehensive workout regimen designed specifically to target your upper body strength and core stability. The best part? This program features wrist-friendly exercises so you can enjoy the full benefits without worrying about strain or discomfort.
3 weeks, 12+ workouts, in as little as 15 minutes a day! Your arms & abs have never felt so strong. You in? Use the drop down menu for each week and follow the suggested schedule.
Monday: 15-20 min core strength
Tuesday: 15-20 min arm strength
(Option: stack these both on Monday!)
Wednesday: arms & core strength combo
Thursday: rest
Friday: arms, core & cardio combo
Recommended Equipment: 1 pair light hand weights (1-3 lbs - we use 3 lbs), 1 pair heavy weights (5-15 lbs - we use 8lbs), signature equipment package (squishy ball, resistance band, sliders)
